Yellowstone Day 4 - Unmatched Beauty

Another amazing day in Yellowstone.  We took the Jeep to the Mammoth Hot Springs area to see some waterfalls, caught a glimpse of a Bald Eagle and of course some Hot Springs.  My main takeaway is that the ground is stable and this baby could blow anytime.

Enchanted Highway and Teddy Roosevelt National Park

  After traveling for the afternoon,Jackie found us a place very near the Enchanted Highway. It was just someone's property where you can boondock for free or pay $25 and get electric for the night.  We just saddled up next to each other for the night. The Enchanted Highway was interesting.  I got some pretty cool pictures and it was worth going a little out-of-the-way for.  After enchanted highway we went to the Teddy Roosevelt National Park where we unbuckled the jeep and did a park tour   We saw an awful lot of wildlife including an injured mother horse.  She looked like she will heal just fine.  The buffalo were cool and the Prairie dogs were cute. It was still pretty smokey from the Canadian Forest fires Enjoy these pictures as well.
