Chapter 1 - The Adventure Begins

Our great Western Adventure began much like many other trips. Getting the vehicles serviced and checked out. Planning and packing. The last thing to be done was some upholstery work on Cochella.

As if this were a premonition, our upholstery work was delayed again and again (in actuality, the work was never started after one month) and we didn't have those nice, new seats we had been wanting.

Due to the comedy of irregular circumstances, I ended up getting locked in the equipment repair’s yard for the night. Not one to miss an opportunity for a laugh, I told Gigi that two really mean dogs were in the equipment yard and I couldn't go outside.
